Why Choose Lupins?

Lupins are an excellent natural alternative to wheat or rice. They retain and distribute heat and cold evenly, stay at your desired temperature for longer and remain lightweight, making them comfortable to use across the body.

How to Heat

• Lay the pack flat in the microwave.
• Heat for 60–90 seconds.
• Carefully remove and gently shake to distribute the warmth.
• If additional heat is required, microwave in 30-second intervals.

Caution: Do not overheat. Always test the temperature before applying to the skin.

How to Chill

• Place the pack inside a sealed zip-lock bag.
• Store in the freezer until required.
• Apply for cooling relief as needed.

Tip: Allow the pack to return to room temperature before reheating or freezing again.

Care Instructions

• Spot clean with a damp cloth only.
• Do not machine wash.
• Do not immerse in water.
