Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Approved returns will be offered an exchange or store credit only.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Perishable goods including food, flowers and live plants
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Handmade Products
Many of our products are handmade using natural materials. Small variations in colour, texture, grain and finish are part of their unique character and are not considered faults.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
