About the artist: Jacinta-Rai Ridgeway-Maahs
Jacinta-Rai Ridgeway-Maahs is a contemporary Indigenous artist and proud Worimi woman creating on Butchulla Country. Motivated by Country, community, culture and family, she tells stories through earthy tones, peachy pinks, pastels and bold colours, and describes her art as a form of meditation.
